My cycles have been longer so I've been lost at when I'm O started using a naturopathic doctor and we finally have a game plan. Have to wait one more month to get my new meds in my system before trying again. Had 7th MC in November so don't want to bd at the O time this month.

Yes. I usually get ovulation cramps the day after my test looks like that.

As far as I am aware a positive OPK means you’ll be ovulating sometime over next 12-36 hours. So good to try today and next few days if possible. x
