I usually ovulate after my last peak positive, I had two this month also. However, some people ovulate the day after their first so just keep up the BD till you know for sure you've ovulated.

Definitely cd15 as thats your highest peak x

CD14 is your first positive that is darker then the control. Some say to go off the first positive you get. Good luck!
