Could have been implantation as pp said. could have been a breakthrough bleed, or, and hopefully not, you might have suffered a chemical pregnancy and this is from residual hormones in your urine. Good luck!

The bleed was most likely implantation bleeding and totally normal and would be right for a test to show positive now ..take another to confirm
