I’m honestly not sure when I ovulated, going by my app I’m 4 days late but I haven’t been temping or tracking ovulation cos we’re not properly trying ????

Are you sure of your ovulation? If you are 14 dpo, I’d say this is negative. If you are 9 dpo, I’d say possible positive.
