I second progesterone cream. I have PCOS and start the cream after ovulation up to 20 weeks pregnant. I didn’t use it two previous pregnancies and I lost both. I have a two year old son now and I used the cream during that pregnancy. I’m 40 and had him at 38. Order the cream!! Emerita

Progesterone cream is a good idea. I have PCOS too and underactive thyroid. I conceived my son at 39 once my endocrinologist put me on Metformin. But Metformin alone not doing the trick this time. I have been prescribed progesterone pessaries to try. Are they not as good as the cream?

Have you tried progesterone cream? Look on YouTube seemed to have helped a lot of older moms, I’m trying it late in this cycle I’m 42 with PCOS and I’m just getting shadows so I’m not holding my breath!
