So I just got this progesterone cream and read the back, it’s freaking me out. It says can cause BIRTH DEFECTS?! They made it seem “all natural” does anyone know of a truly safe cream? Will be returning emmediately

ETA- photomomma (oops pregnany brain ). Mine doesn't say anything. Mine is a all natural and doesn't leave a bad residue or make your hands oily. I would check it out on Amazon.ca/.com

I ordered the progest 48 individual packs! Supposedly all natural also!

@Photomama not sure about the cream but with all my Pregnancies I receive a Progesterone shot weekly from 16wks-37 to help prevent preterm labor But i have read that progesterone cream can cause a slight risk for boy babies having hypospadias. idk what that is... GoodLuck

@kimberke hmm yes we used to prescribe progesterone in oil as a daily intramuscular injection. Never heard about the creams till now. Hypo means under spadias pertains to the penis. It means the urethral opening is on the bottom of the penis instead of the center.

I read that progesterone creams can increase risk of cancer... definitely check yours out ladies I’m not sure what to think about it but the label on my “all natural” cream I got from amazon freaked me out.

@ksyd same thing happened to me this cycle, starter spotting on sunday at 10-11 dpo , i had pinkish and brownish CM till today ( wednsday ) and finally the witch showed up full forced today .

i was so angry/ sad and emotional on 10/11 dpo and i almost lost it . Well i really wanted an October baby but it didn't happen. i think i need to learn that i cant get whatever i want whenever i want. i'm a lot calmer today and ready to start next cycle . i visited my gp and he asked for a few more blood test before he send me to fertility clinic as i requested. i'll get the results from my blood test tomorrow. he said he can't Legally prescribe clomid as it needs to be done by specialist. do we have a November baby page already?

Hi Penny, I’ve been quickly realizing that’s true, can’t always get what I want when I want it. It’s important to give it all over to a higher power, whatever you may believe in. I’ve been having so much anxiety these past few months because I don’t feel in control just wanted to say, I hear ya hon :)

@photomama well all of your tests look positive to me . congrats , i wish you a happy healthy 9 months . i didn't know you can use blood for normal tests.

i am really working on myself to not to stress out , and be more relaxed about conceiving. thanks for the kind words. February will be my month :D

Thanks Penny, but I’m not considering them positive until I get a stronger line on the urine tests. I’m afraid that the urine ones were just evaps so I’m still considering them negative for now. :)

Good morning ladies. Hope everyone is well rested. I tossed and turned all night and couldn't get comfortable. I didn't tell hubby last night as I am just trying to figure out a way to tell him as I don't think I can wait till Valentine's Day to tell him. Anyone close to testing today?

@photomamma. I looked at the reviews on the bottle you just got and there was a lot that was talking about cancer and what not. I would definately return it.
