3 days late, still bfp... Don't know what to think.

I'm normally a very regular cycle- last menstrual period was 12 feb. I was suppose to start my period on the 11th. Didn't happen. Now, I'm 3 days late. Items the pregnancy test I took this morning was a bfn... Confusing. I know that my ovulation was late this month because I used an opk. I ovulated between 2 march and the 5th. I had sex every day. From the 16th of February. I did have my iud removed in February, but had a normal cycle. Should I keep hope, or just blame this month on hormones adjusting from the iud removal last month?
