No signs of AF should i test or wait?

I do not understand my body anymore, on thursday i got negatif blood test and negatif pregnancy test and now here we are the 12th and the symptoms i have i never had is when i woke up i had extremely sore bbs and a heavy feeling in my belly .. i thought i might of miscarried but idk anymore. cause beggining february i got very faint lines then i started bleeding on the 12th till 16th and still got extreemly faint lines on pg test.. what would you suggest to me ?

You statement is ambiguous but you can test again. If lines are very faint and bleeding started, then was it not AF?
