when did I ovulate?

Had positive OPK Sunday 1/2, did I ovulate that day?

My understanding is you ovulate 12-36 hours after a positive OPK.

I get a postitive opk for 3 days sometimes...so it is very hard to tell if you don't chart your BBT. If you chart your BBT on fertility friend the chart will automatically tell you most likely when you ovulated. It is really neat. I can go into more detail or you can check out www.fertilityfriend.com. All you need is a Basal thermometer (make sure to get Basal), need to wake up at the same time every morning for accuracy, and need to input data into fertility friend and it will do the rest for you. I am using the free version right now and it is great.
