4 days late

Hi,
my cycle is normally spot on, but this cycle my AF is 4 days late. Ive had sore bb's and an increased amount of cm. In addition ive also has strange twinges in my lower abdomen since 6dpo. I took a test but it was negative.

Is there still a chance i could be pregnant ?
