hope everything goes ok with ur oh tomorrow and for u next wk at the ultrasound and fingers crossed u will be pregnant this month

Yes I completely agree with your thoughts on waiting till you see the specialist. We have our appointment with the specialist at the end of this month as well. I too am praying I either have to cancel my appointment or am pregnant by then!

Hi jst a little update
i spoke to my doctor today and she was helpful
i have to go in and get blood tests done 21 days after my next af starts to check that i am ovulating
its been a long time coming for my doctors to agree doing anything bt atleast this is a start

tbh im hoping no af this month as ive never had blood taken and im terrified of needles lol bt if af comes i'll be brave coz i need to start getting answers

I know, right? I don't know why my body is adjusting AF now!!

So I decided this month I am going to pick up some pre-seed- any of you ladies tried that before? My fertile window is supposed to be around Valentine's day, which would be a nice little gift! I mentioned a V-day baby to the fiance and he seemed excited.

We have used preseed for the last year and I wouldn't BD without it again! Plus it was successful in helping us get PG twice.

Well still BFN on my end but no AF. Probably tomorrow as I am feeling her ugliness! But again it totally feels like my ectopic including the BFNs. We shall see!

hi all! Some of you know me from other threads but for those who are getting discouraged heres my story:

i went of bcp in october of 09 in hopes that i wanted to start a family with dh (he has 3 boys), so bd'd like crazy and didn't get af for 2 months but figured it was because of being on the pill soo long. finally got af in dec but continued to spot for 3 weeks,and thought something is not right. i poas and it came up faintly positive so i went to the dr and they sent me for a blood test. i found out that my hcg levels were at 5% so i was told i had a early miscarriage, i was shocked because i wasn't expecting to get pg that fast, anyways the miscarrage was no biggie i took it in stride. well for the next yr i tracked and we bd everytime i was o'ing but not get pg. i asked my dr to send me to a f.s. and i went and had blood taken on the 12th day and 18th day of every month for 2 months. told i had somewhat low progesterone. my next step is when the f.s. sent me for a hsg well bam i even saw it,my tubes were blocked and i was devastated. i went back to the dr and he told me the awful news and i went home had a stiff drink then crawled into bed and cried. we are now into june 2011 and im told i should have lap to see whats going on and i have only a 10% chance after the surgery. october 2011 exactly 2 yrs after i go off of bcp i go in for surgery. now guess what, they find stage 3 endo and thats why the tubes are blocked. they manage to get them unblocked but i am now told i should take a drug called lupron (chemo drug) to put me into menopause for 3 months and try and shrink the remaining endo. i had my last shot of lupron on jan 12 of this yr and am waiting for af to come, my dr has given me 3 months to try on my own otherwise its back to see him and fertility meds. moral of the story i have been where you all have been, the ups the downs ,the screaming and crying but I'm still here and not giving up. it has been 28 months of ttcing and god damit i will not give up.. please don't get down its hard i know. im 36 this yr so time is ticking to get this done but when i do it will be fantastic and i will look back and smile at all the hardships i have had to deal with and you guys will too

Welcome Aroma. Thanks for your words. I have heard your story from a couple other threads and I am always amazed at how strong you are! Thanks for sharing and helping me to smile today! I need it!

AF came with all her fury this AM. I have already taken lots of advil and have only been awake for a few hours. Her apparenace also marks the only clomid cycle that I have not been able to get pregnant. But on a more positive note I didn't have an ectopic and I got to drink a huge mug of coffee this morning!

Clivencleo, good luck this month with the clomid. I really hope that this is your month!! Keep me posted on any tricks you find to get ride of the symptoms of the clomid. I am going to try a few different things for my CM this month as well as taking a lower dose of the clomid again. I am also going to try my hardest to relax and enjoy this cycle!

Dolphin, I'm sorry to hear you got your AF! Thats what happened to me a week ago. Now I have to wait the long wait unitl CD20 to ovulate. I'm trying to keep busy and not worry so much. I don't think I am going to do any testnig this month. My husband got his seman analysis done early this week and our specialist appoint is on the 27th. I think I'm going to relax, do no testing, and wait for our appointment. And then go from there. I'm excited for answers and to be able to come up with a plan.

Aroma - I'm amazed by your story! Good for you for keeping on! All the heart break and pain will be well worth the wait in the end!

hi aroma reading your story there u are a very strong person u have been through so much
i hope u get that positive result soon baby dust :)
and your right lttc has alots of difficult times but it will all be worth it in the end

dolphin - sorry to hear u got af again this month, i have phoned to get my bloods done beginning of next month so im going to b brave ur right its for a good cause

deedragen - i hope if u get the pre seed helps that would b nice a vdays baby :)

thats good you are trying to keep yourself busy i have my fingers crossed for u that this will b your month not long now till your appointment at the specialist hope you get the positive results this month and all your questions answered at the specialist
