I also use vitex and progesterone capsules vaginally 200 mg 2xs a day . I think that's why I had the 2 miscarriages because of the spotting a lot.
Dhea I used 75 mg
Ubiquinol 400 mg .but still use 100 mg a day
We used pre seed

I love hearing everyone's stories and it feels good to know other women want children like I do! I'll be 41 in a few weeks and started trying last month. We both have children but wanted to try for at least one together <3. I had heard that once we reach 40 its so much harder to conceive but I'm hoping for the best!
