What's my luteal phase?

I'm trying to pinpoint my luteal phase so I can better pinpoint my ovulation... I have 27-29 day cycles. Okay help a girl out, I started my cycle Nov 8th, O'd on CD 15 then started my next cycle on Dec 7th. Do I count the day I ovulated or just the days after? Because it's either 14 or 15 day phase if that's the case.

If you O'd on CD15 then the next day is 1DPO and the start of your luteal phase (nov 23). Your luteal phhase ended on dec 6th, which would give you a 14 day luteal phase. Make sense? Good luck. Feel free to message me with any more questions..it can be confusing.
