I'm currently 3DPO and absolutely hate the TWW! Was just wondering if there was anyone out there going through the same thing.

AF arrived today, on CD29 normally AF arrives before or on CD28 ... so I started to let myself get caught up in thinking about things... *sigh* this months been tough for me and trying not to think about it...I feel surrounded by it.

Fluff - :( *hug*

Sorry Fluff - there's nothing worse than when you get your hopes up.

I went to the specialist before Thanksgiving and have been on vacation for 10 days. AF is on her way - I'm cramping pretty severely. My DH and I have decided to start Femara (like Clomid) and it may be next cycle - I'm waiting to hear back from the nurse today.

I've been thinking of you all and hope everyone is doing well.

Hi Ladies I hope you all are doing well. I am on week 17 of my pregnancy and feel as huge as a house. Of course I am told that with twins you do get twice as
big. I am taking it easy and enjoying the food. Keep me posted on you all God bless.

MoVegas, sorry AF is on the way, but yay for a 10day vacation! I hope the Femara works for you, that was what my doctor wanted me to take back in July... but my insurance want cover ANYTHING infertility related and it was $200 +

Smiley, I am glad to hear from you, and that your doing well even if you feel big as an house lol So do you know what your having already?

Sunny, thanks for the hugs.

Its been a tough few weeks... my heart just is aching for a baby right now and my focus isn't where it needs to be... I didn't help that AF was a tad late...very light...either.

But Feb 16th I will be headed for Nicaragua! So my trips getting closer!

Not trying to hijack the thread but I have spent a lot of time the past few nights following all of your journeys! I hope you don't mind me jumping in, the ladies on baby center, the site I usually use are so catty and rude I quit going on there and I have been suffering in silence. NO MORE! I need some lady friends to chat to so here goes nothin!

First off! Congrats Lilly, Lizzy, and Smiley and whoever else I have missed! Sticky healthy baby dust to you even though you are almost or already done and to whoever else is still trying, I'm right there with ya elbow to elbow!

Here's my story (Hope you don't mind I am going to copy this and put it on my profile)

I am a mother of a 2 year old miracle "birth control baby" ( I was taking my birth control every night, same time, for three years didn't take and new medication, nothing changed except I got pregnant lol) although he was a surprise, he was NOT an accident and surprisingly, I was more ready for him then I ever could have hoped! Now that I am no longer with his Father (Sour relationship couldnt handle a new baby) and DH and I have been Married for over a year (He adopted my son as his own when he was only a few months old, so he is now OUR son) , it's time to welcome someone new into our family. I took provera in August 2012 and that marked our first month of officially trying. Here's to baby #2 NO MATTER WHAT IT TAKES! Why now that I WANT to get pregnant and I am ACTIVELY TRYING it seems so difficult?

Let's get scientific ;)
Anyways! I took 160mg of Soy Isoflavones for 4 days between CD 5-9 (Nov 19th -Nov 23rd '12) to ensure ovulation (My first cycle with SI, as I am known for anovulatory cycles)
I got positive OPK's for 3 days from Dec 1st '12 until yesterday Dec 3rd '12 and did the BD all three days and the first two had my husband (WARNING TMI) deposit his half of the ingredients in the instead cup and then inserted it :)
Now I am in my 2ww no symptoms, I know it's early lol and *just in case* I took a wondfo IC and nope no HCG (YET) lol

Hello my name is Amber and I am a POASaholic

So anyways, what do you ladies think how long should I wait to test? I am thinking since I have internet cheapies (IC) I am going to start testing at 7dpo?

Hello Fox, welcome to the group!
It sounds like things are going smoothly this month, perhaps this will be your month...but I wouldn't test atleast until 10dpo. Good luck!

this group has started off small but we have grown alot...and many of the ladies of the group did get there BFP and there is a few of us (MoVegas and myself) ... who are still waiting for ours. So your welcome to join us in your wait.

anyways my names Jennifer and I have been in this group for along time.. I have been trying for over an year... these last few months I have kinda stopped trying (not preventing though) but not tracking or keeping up with anything and just leaving it in Gods hands... I have an upcoming mission trip in Feb, where I will be going to Nicaragua and so right now that is my focus... all though this past month has been hard.

Well nice to meet you Jennifer my name is Amber :) I will answer to anything as long as I know it's directed at me!

Jennifer, I have heard sometimes taking a mini vacation from TTC is the best thing you can do, to just let your body let go of stress. Who knows, they say watched water never boils, maybe you will wind up with a suprise of your own ;)

As for me, surprisingly, things are going smoothly this month and I don't now why! I even told DH, I just have a feeling that this is OUR month! Call it woman's intuition, mother's instinct, a hunch, or whatever you want but I just feel it!

I swear I have tried every method in the book in the few short months we have been TTC! Has anyone tried soy isoflavones or instead cups? Any success?

Amber (Fox) - I am glad this month has gone smoothly and I hope it is your month! I have tried opks, BBT charting, waiting after sex before getting up etc... I have even tried the instead cups too. and I have used preseed. I also make sure to take vitamins.
I have not tried soy though, and my doctor wanted me to take Femara similar to Clomid.. and get my tubes checked out... because I had done a blood test before and it came back showing that my levels were good and that I had ovulated... and my periods are regular... honestly he didn't see a reason of why it wasn't happening... but I found out my insurance will not pay for anything infertility relating...so even that talk with the doctor ( just a TALK) was $200
