8dpo and feeling pinching

Ok I took Femara this cycle days 3-7 and then had a ultrasound on cd11 and my egg measured 18mm. I was instructed to give myself the Ovidrel injection at 6pm the same night . We bd'd like crazy for the next 4 days. I ovulated in 11/27 and it was my left ovary that released the follicle. Now I am having these pinching pains on the left side down there and I'm wondering what that could be. Tomorrow I will be 9dpo. The pinching has Benny felt intermittently since 6dpo...help!!
