Triple posted!! Definite issues.

Mrs.Flasche, I think that's great! All docs say different things on how long to wait but mine always says to get back out there when I'm emotionally ready. Emotionally, I want a baby, so that's as ready as I'll ever be lol, that's how I see it. Good luck with this cycle!

Babypbaby- I'm not a chart pro so hopefully someone will jump in with a more experienced eye. I hope you did indeed ovulate but if there is any doubt I see no harm in upping your dose. Worse case scenario, if you don't need a higher does to do the trick you will wind up producing more follicles which in my opinion is pretty awesome. Doctors love to hear charting so difinitely mention this lack of dip to you doctor, if anything it might incourage him/her to check you progesterone again. Keep us updated and don't lose hope just yet!

AFM- Boo on this cycle. My follicles are growing at a the speed of a turtle. Last cycle I was triggered at cd10 but this cycle will be more like cd14. Kinda bummed out simply because I like short cycles lol, they go much faster.

Melissa, still thinking of you and if the beta was even lower then I'm praying for AF to arrive really soon so you can start your next cycle. Hope to hear from you soon:)

There's my Melissa! Lol. Man, that is confusing stuff! Though I have read of people never getting full blown AF after miscarriage and then being baffled when they get positive HPT. I'm thinking in your case, perhaps you are going to ovulate really soon??? Strange, but I would definiely consider dancing up a storm just for kicks. OR, the opk could be picking up small amounts of HCG left. But then again, I though HCG had to be pretty strong for OPK's to pick it up. I dunno, I'm confusing myself now lol. Very curious to know what you doctor is giong to say.

I'll only be able to bd if the red spotting stops. Neither DH or I can DTD during. I'll probably ovulate and get AF at the same time, haha! Maybe my Dr can use me in a text book, lol!

Terrible day...had dr. appt and felt very out of place seeing how most people at the gyno are pregnant. I wish all of this fertility help wasnt so expensive, was just informed that my last 3 ultrasounds are under review from insurance and i may owe $1000. I broke down today and cried a bit to dr. that this is just stressful and i wish it was easier. She told me she will talk with billing and see how they billed it and next cycle just do a dr visist and have her do a us with little machine instead of expensive one. I am feeling like i need a break and maybe just concentrate on losing weight. I am about 100 pounds over weight and i think it may be hurting my ttc process! but then again i am an emotional eater so its hard to be healthy when ur depressed!!! She sent in a script for me to try 100mg on cd3-7 and come in on cd12. i am about 12 or 13dpo and not even the slightest line on a FRER. I think i am out this month, so just waiting on AF to try again! UUGGG I wish this wasnt so hard and could just be a happy thing like it is for others, but thanksgoodness i found u guys and i know i am not completely alone!

hopefulll: does ur insurance pay for all those things like iui and ultrasounds? I was reading mine and the guidelines say that i have to have a diagnosed issue causing it, which is the PCOS, I have to have tried and failed to conceive for entire year,( which means if i had a positive test even it was a chemical ) that my yr starts over??? and something about FSH on cd3 being lower than 11mui ????

Hello Ladies!

I know I haven't posted in awhile but with dh and I kind of taking a break (other then temping) I haven't really had much to share! But I have been following and keeping up to date on all of you.

kmison~In Canada our health plans cover all unltrasounds, Dr. Appointments, Fertility Specialists, and any special medical tests such as blood work and hsg tests. We do have to pay for Clomid but it isn't much more then 30 dollars for 2 months, it costs about 600-800 for IUI (including all the meds) and about 5000 for IVF. Of course these prices vary slightly between Provinces.

lisserb and hopefullll~you two are awesome. Your positivity during all your struggles is truly inspiring. Thank you for being such uplifting souls!

Genni25~This site usually gives me the projected ovulation date on my chart. It's a red line and then when I set my ovulation, whether it is the day of the suggested date or not, I believe the line is blue.

babypbaby~Sometimes my charts all over the place as well. The advice I have received here is that your temp can fluctuate due to other factors, such as the temperature in your room, whether you had a solid 4 hours of sleep or not, if you are running a low-grade fever or even have a mild cold. See what your temp does over the next couple of days. If it goes back up then you could probably discard the temp from today as it could be lower then the rest due to an uncontrolled factor.

I can relate. I just spent a $1000 dollars on two ultrasounds and 10 days worth of menopur. Also, I'm missing several days of work fr the ultrasounds. This seems like lots of money and effort for a shot in the dark, because even if I conceive I may have another issue that results in yet another pregnancy loss. I

AFM,
I told my husband that this is my last month of fertility treatments. I can't afford the cost (financial or emotional) of trying to see if something may work. Today at the fertility clinic they messed up and confused my chart with another woman who has the same last name I have (this is the third time). I'm concerned that if they keep making this mistake my IUI may to be my DH. Also, I saw A friend of my husbands at the clinic, and I feel really strange that she now knows about my fertility issues (she already has a child, and is trying for number two).

My follicles on cycle day 6, after 4 shots of menopur, were one follicle at 10, one at 9, and two a 8. I'm not really sure if that is good or bad as I have no frame of reference. Let me know what you ladies think.

Kmison- I'm really sorry that you are going through this. This is a rough month for you but I promise it will get better. As for the IUI costs, I live in Ontario and for the most part IUI seems to be between $200-$400. IVF is $5000 unless you have inoperable blocked tubes, then it is covered by the government. I really hope you can work around not having to pay for your ultrasounds. As for your weight, I just got back from my infertility support group and one of the ladies there is seeing a naturopathic doctor. The doctor suggested her take this cleansing shake to help her with her weight. It's supposed to help your body function better at breaking down fats and what not. I can get the name of it if you would like. I'm about 30lbs over myself and gained all of it this year from stress and meds and let's face it, to not always eating what I should. It's definitely harder to turn down naughty food when you see a BFN lol, right! Anyway, I wish we lived closer so we could be eachothers weightloss buddies. Anyway, I think you should ask your doctor about your pcos and see if you are covered for any treatments you are going through. Keep me posted:)

Mishell- Jeez, that would irritate the crap out of me! I hope you are stern with them when they mess up your names. I'm sorry to hear that this will be your last month. Do you think you will just take a break or just try naturally for a while? As for you follicles, sounds great to me:) You will know more in a few days or so. Basically, some of the follicles you mentioned will stay small and others will keep growing, at this point it's too early to tell but that's pretty good for day 6.

Morning ladies,

Still bleeding almost 2 weeks later and it doesn't seem to be ending at all. I guess we'll be out for this cycle.

Still trying to deal with our little loss but each day we take it as it comes. Nothing more we can do.

Cannot wait for the post op bleeding to stop and for my cycle to begin. Then its back to clomid and hoping and praying that it will be the month and we'll be able to conceive and keep this baby, praying and praying.
