OPK with Reference Line but no Test Line?

(I'd like to preface this by saying that I've had a lot of success getting positive tests by using FMU. In fact it is the only time I ever get positives because I drink a ton of water and pee a gajillion times a day. :))

I am on CD13 and this cycle, I started testing on CD11. So when I peed on my OPK this morning, I had a reference line but absolutely no test line. My previous OPKs this cycle were obvious negatives but the test lines were definitely there! Has this happened to anyone else with the Clearblue Easy OPKs? What does it mean?
