2 Days Late: insight, advice or company?

So today I am officially two days late. This has never really happened. Overtime it has its because I miscalculated. 3 Months ago I started using an app to Mark down BD'ing, ovulation and AF. Its been on point every month. This month I ovulated on the 18th. I also get very bad O pains so I didn't really need an app to tell me that.
We BD the 12,13,15,18&19th. a few times before ovulation as well.
Now my worry is that I recently had a lactose attack, the dat after my period was due. I had Mac and cheese, woke up at 3am with the worst diahrre, followed by vomiting. It stopped at about 8am, but the nausea continued. I am afraid the stomach issues stalled my period.
Now, last night I made homemade chicken soup, was looking forward to it.Afterwards, I felt nauseous but ran to the bathroom for nothing. O figured I ate too much.

Because of the stomach issues, I'm still having some abdominal cramping. Every now and then they feel menstrual/pulling or twinging. I have been checking my breasts often because they have been sore for a little over 2 weeks. Usually around O time they're heavy for maybe 3-5days. they've gotten less heavy and painful but still noticeably swollen. I also did check my cervix over these past 3 days. It has stayed low and open. I've had watery milkish CM the whole time.
I honestly don't want the let down so I haven't tested. I figured she'll be here any minute now because of the cramping
Anyone else been in a similar situation? BFP stories? I know an open and low cervix is probably not a good sign so a little confused.

I know what you mean...I'm one to two days late too. Although my cycle seems to varied some over the years. Generally it's right at 30 days. I think the blue moon this month is screwing everything up.
