Temp rise but BBT chart saying no ovulation indicated?

Hi I was wondering why my temp rose and my chart shows the 2 different rises since predicted ovulation day, but the system is saying can't pin point when ovulation occurred based on BBT. It didnt create a coverline, just a prediction and also going based on when my opk was + and ewcm signs.

I am tracking my BBT on another site as well and that has a coverline AND O predication day?

Anyone else have this problem or know why this is happening? Thanks!
