ttc with irregular cycles
Hello ladies!
What helps when ttc with irregular cycles? I have been ttc for 9 months now and cycles are irregular and often 35+ days. I am unable to pinpoint ovulation with OPK. Never had a positive even while testing twice a day all cycle. It is starting to get expensive, even with the cheapie internet LH strips… Anyone has any tips?

Hey! I had the same situation. I started taking these supplements I’ll write it below and they started to normalize. Still haven’t gotten pregnant yet but at least my cycles are more predictable

what about using apps? Some of them are free or freemium. I use iyoni app and they have premium features you do not need to pay for. Inside the app, you will find tons of helpful content on how to boost chances of getting pregnant. Or see a fertility specialist to discuss what can be done.
