am I loosing my mind??

So long story short I took a Internet cheapie hcg test 4 days ago, it was faint but definitely positive I did upload them on here, the day after fmu I got a negative not even a squinter well today I have had another faint positive, im so confused, I'm not in any pain, no bleeding, painful nipples, cold and flu, lots of cm, sickness usual stuff.

Am I loosing my mind or am I pregnant?
