Spot of blood @ 4 weeks 4 days

Hello,
I woke up and went to use the bathroom , when I wiped I had a very small spot of pinkish blood on toilet paper. I've spotted many times in the past with my previous pregnancies but I dont think I've experienced them this early in pregnancy....I guess Im worried that it could be a chemical pregnancy....trying not to think about it too much. I do have a dull pain in my lower back , not painful, no cramps.Anyone know why I may be spotting so early in pregnancy? Another thing I did fall asleep in my office chair (it reclines back) am thinking I probably shouldnt sleep in it because it may not be as comfortable as bed.
