Symptoms come and go

Hi! I found out I was pregnant on Nov 27. Last period Oct 30 but I probably ovulated 3/4 days later than expected, so it was probably 10 days past ovulation when I took the first positive test.
First beta on Nov 28 were low as expected (20). Repeated yesterday were 578 (even if they’re not the highest, they doubled every 34 hours so I’ll make do ????)
Everything seems to go on just fine but symptoms come and go and they’re making me anxious. I had menstrual like cramps from Nov 25 until last sunday, now they almost disappeared. Also my breasts pains come and go.
Is it normal? What’s your experience?
