Positive test last night; severe cramping

I had a positive pregnancy test last night. I was three days early for my period but know my body. I had had a tubal ligation twelve years ago. I knew my chances of implantation weren't great but had the spotting with a high, soft cervix and all that. The spotting stopped after a few hours. I woke up during the night in severe pain and could feel the blood running onto the bed. I got up, put a pad on and I wasn't really bleeding anymore. Now, this morning, I'm barely bleeding bit there a bit when I pee but I'm still getting insane cramping at times. I'm hoping to find out others experience with this.
