Could be old implantation blood, its that small of an amount I wouldn't worry at all.

Thank you! I started getting more discharge and it was tinged with more browny blood. I got so scared so I went to the hospital. Saw the baby's heart beat again. The doctor said it could happen, the mucus inside was white. He said bloody discharge could happen. Not always a bad sign. He said to visit only if it gets more red because frequent scans are not good for the baby.
just wanted to leave this here in case anybody wants updates.

So glad all is going well
