Possible copper iud pregnancy

Hello, I posted a faint test on here I’ve added it I have irruglaur cycles been on the copper iud since may not ttc, I got two negative digitals yesterday I’m confused do I take this test as a negative and move forward? Has anyone had a copper iud pregnancy on here? I also was spotting on the 2nd 3rd and 4th I have attached a picture that’s after a few days now but it came up straight away maybe just got a little darker as time has gone on? Please can someone chat? Going mental!
