Possible miscarriage

I am just wondering if anybody else has had similar experience. At 4weeks 5days pregnant started to bleed bright red blood, but it may only be 3 tablespoons full all day including when wiping after going to the toilet, haven’t lost any clots haven’t had any pain or discomfort that I have been worried about, this day 3 of this “bleeding” would I be having a miscarriage or is this normal for some pregnancy’s.
