Did I have a chemical?

I had some spotting and some light bleeding but my resting heart rate was up so I decided to test. I had a super faint line. I tested again and it got lighter. The next day my bleeding started to pick up and I'm still bleeding. It's been 10 days including the spotting. Is this a chemical? I have a photo of the test I thought was positive if anyone needs to see it.
