Possible positive pregnancy test

Hi everyone , I would love some advice/ opinions on my recent pregnancy test result. Yesterday morning I did two wondfo pregnancy tests and a super faint line appeared on both of them including a clear blue rapid test (at the 3-4 minute mark ) . However since then I have done a clear blue digital which confirms I am not pregnant. Is it possible I am very early in my pregnancy? It may be worth mentioning that I have irregular periods due to PCOS so it’s difficult to determine how many days past ovulation I am etc. I am also experiencing pregnancy symptoms similar to what I had when I was pregnant with my 6 year olds son (upper abdominal cramps, bloating and lack of appetite ).
