Could it be possible

I had what I thought was a 2 day late period. It was unusually light and lasted only 3 days where normally it lasts 6 days and is so heavy I need to take transascheamicacid tablets.
I did a test it showed a shadow of a line thought nothing of it. Later looked it has a blue line. I'm CD 8
