Is 3-day LH surge normal?

Hello all. Question regarding experience with ovulation OPK results: I started testing with an OPK on January 15; on the 15,16, and 17 the test was negative. On the 18,19, and now today I have seen a positive result. I’ve been using a First Response kit. Is this normal?

Normal! You'll want to base your actual ovulation off of your BBT temps or the FIRST positive OPK.

Yep! Normal! I always get 3 days and ovulate on the last +OPK.

Thanks so much for the info. For me, I’ve never known exactly when I ovulate, I don’t have any noticeable symptoms. It’s our third month trying and trying and hoping to at least time everything right!
