Cramping, I think?

Cramping, I think?
I'm 7-8dpo cycle day 21, I've had this weird cramping I've never had before. Implantation, if any, hasn't happened yet (I dont think) plus its been happening since 4dpo. It almost feels like tiny Braxton hicks contractions, but obviously way lower, right above pubic bone. Sometimes I feel it in my lower back. It will randomly make me feel nauseated or flushed Hard to describe, like a tightening or pressure. Uncomfortable. Pretty constant even at night when im laying for bed. Could this be my bladder or something lol idk its so weird. No other issues peeing, not burning and haven't had issues emptying. It's not necessarily painful. Tad constipated but typically am. I'm losing my mind I think.
