Ovulation after stopping femara??

So husband and I are trying for baby#2. Our first was conceived after a round of femara. We went back to the doctor and tried clomid before switching back to femara. My progesterone levels were at a 6.75 and we decided last month to take a break. I normally get my positive opk around cd 16 or 17. I started having o pains yesterday and Decided to test and see. I know its not quite positive but its close so im expecting a positive in the next day or 2. Im only cd 10. Anyone have luck after stopping fertility meds?
