Ovulation Microscope

Has anyone used an ovualtion microscope? This is my first cycle using it consistently. I read I'm supposed to see "ferning" starting a few days before I ovulate and then after I ovulate the ferning is supposed to go away. I'm 7 DPO and the ferning went away for 5 days and then it came back yesterday and today. It looks like ovualtion ferning! Does anyone know, could this be a sign of pregnancy? I tested this morning and it was obviously negative because it's way too early lol.
