CD32 PCOS what is going on!

Hi this will be a bit of a long one but I'm trying to see if what I'm feeling is a cyst or I could be pregnant, I have been having BFNs, some of my symptoms.
*exhaustion
*sore lower back
*left ovary cramps for about a week now
*sore breasts
*vivid dream 2 nights ago
* extremely thirsty
* bloated
I have no CM I really felt like I could be pregnant this month we have BD every other day since my AF finished my cycles range from 35 days to 42 days but can turn up at any point, am I thinking to much into it been trying for very very long time now.
I had what I thought might of been a very faint line 2 days ago but been negative ever since, the pic attached is the one that looked faint in person.
Any advice?
