Charters, in here!

First of all, I know all that is wrong in this chart - I had to get up very early on the days marked in my chart, but in my past experience, my temperatures do not fluctuate very much in a 20 min time (that is how much is the difference between earliest I get up and FF accept it as ok). Basically, earliest temp FF accept is 5.55 am, and I took the temp on those days at 5.35 or so.
Anyway, my charts never looked like this. This one just goes up and up. My question is, is it too early that a triphasic pattern starts at 5 dpo? Anywhere I read says it should start at 7/8 dpo or so. I know I have very very slim chances of pregnancy having only one intercourse in my fertile window, but slim is not none.
