How was your first af after baby?

Mine came on as a surprise. Started off as light and now it is very heavy....i feel so tired now is that normal

Mine would be heavy sometimes as well, are you BFING? That'll contribute to the tiredness

I just got mine back and it's been heavy for 3 days now. That's how it usually goes for me, anyways. It may be a little wonky for a few cycles til ur body starts to regulate a new norm. I wouldn't worry too much about it just yet.
