Question

Can’t keep anything down - 14 weeks

Hi there. So throughout the beginning of this pregnancy, I’ve already been to the er (around 8-9 weeks) for extreme dehydration due to unmanageable nausea all day long. They gave me vitamin B6 and Unisom to combat the nausea and sent me home after administering fluids. Those helped for a bit but around 12 weeks, it started crawling back up and at this point, I’m not throwing up any less than 5 times a day and GOD IT SUCKS. (Oh also, might not be connected but I was diagnosed with gestational diabetes last week). Does anyone have ANY tips on what I could possibly do to help this at all? Why is it still here and seem to be getting worse when it should be better after the first trimester? ):

My sister went through this too. She would be good for a while then back to puking for her whole pregnancy. She lost weight but baby was doing fine and gave birth to a healthy little boy and nausea gone after delivery. She was diagnosed with hyperemesis garvidarum and took doxylamine
