Should I ask for serial hcg tests?

Hi everyone, I am currently 4 weeks 4 days pregnant. This is my rainbow baby after losing twins this past summer and a chemical pregnancy in December, no living babies yet. I had a blood test this past Monday and my hcg was 202 IU/L and progesterone 50.8 nmol/L.
I see some ladies on here that get serial blood draws and I wonder if you have to ask for that? I am super anxious about losing another pregnancy. I can’t really think about anything else :(
