Period and Cycle Days, Confused!
Hi all,
So here's my question:
Usually my cycle is around 27 days, LMP was 19th Jan, O'd on 1st Feb.
This month AF arrived at 12dpo?
I was very crampy and first day was heavy, but then spotting for 2 days and now nothing.
I am very confused! My periods are usually 5+ days with 3days heavy at least! But I don't think it was an IB as I had a day of heavy???
Will this mess up my cycle as I now don't know when I'll be ovulating and stuff? I'm confuseddddd.
Grateful for any help!
