Pregnancy symptom or delayed pms?

So like clockwork by 4 DPO I get breast tenderness, bad. I’m only 5 or 6 DPO this cycle but have none!

Has anyone had this happen & end up pregnant?

We have been TTC for a year & 1/2 with a miscarriage just over 1 year ago.

We traveled the last week so not sure if that could be delaying my period some (stress?) or if maybe my hormones are changing some and this could FINALLY be our rainbow baby.
