Confused

So the last couple of months my cycle has been 24 days going with that I am 11 days late for my period. Normal 28 day cycle I’m 7 days late. I took 4 tests over the weekend. First two were faint positive on Saturday morning. Yesterday morning and this morning I got negative results. Can anyone help me on what’s going on. Also I got my tubes clipped over 10 years ago, lower backache and vomiting 3 times in the last week and a half. I added the one of the pictures of the tests. Can’t figure out how to upload multiple ones.

So something new since this post. Got to work this morning and noticed a drop of blood in underwear but that’s it, nothing else. Could I have ovulated late? Is that why I haven’t got my period yet or that I haven’t gotten a positive test result?
