Question Regarding OPK
Hey all,
I want to ask which brand for opk strips are meant to be used with first morning urine only? I use strips but I believe I get false readings because urine is either diluted or concentrated whenever I test during afternoon. So I want to try the FMU opks. Please let me know. Thank you

The brand I just bought (pregmate) says it's best to test between 10am and 8pm. I'm not completely sure why though.
The brand I used the fist time I was TTC was the clear blue advanced digital. I would test with FMU and then again in the evening, so twice a day. I found that it worked great that way.
