Provera Question

I've taken provera to get my cycle going a few times. Im currently on CD 44, and day 4 of this round of provera.
The last 2 nights I have had what almost feels like round ligament pain on both sides of my ovaries. It's enough to wake me up and catch my breath in the middle of the night when I roll over.
Anyone else experience this?
The only other time I have, I was actually pregnant .. but i tested with a bfn on CD40, and have no other symptoms.
