Need advice!

So our little girl is 3 months (on Saturday), I am exclusively breast feeding and 2 days ago my husband and I were intimate unprotected. I got the tell tale signs of ovulation today (first time since getting pregnant) and decided to test, sure enough it’s positive... is it very likely that I could get pregnant from our bd a couple of days ago?

Firstly congrats on the breastfeeding journey! It is likely you could get pregnant yes, sperm can survive up to 5 days in the right conditions, have you had any fertile cervical mucus that you've noticed? You are fertile a few days before ovulation, during ovulation and the day after
