TTC with thyroid problems

I had my daughter almost four years ago and we haven’t been preventing pregnancy but we’ve had no luck. Last year I was also diagnosed with hastimoto’s disease and I just want to know if anyone has had this same experience and struggled tryin to conceive #2

We struggled with implantation. Twice egg met sperm and started to implant but didn’t end up sticking.
I upped my water intake and movement (my periods seemed quite light) and the third one stuck. 17 weeks today.
I also have hashimotos. Make sure your levels are perfect for trying to conceive! Believe that’s a TSH of around 2 from memory.
