Very very strong and intense AF like cramps

So quick entry,

Happy Saturday.....
So today for abt 4-5hrs I had very very painful AF like cramps. I have never experienced Ovulation cramps nor implantation cramps, so I have no idea what hey were. But I get very painful AF cramps and these today, were like the extremely painful ones. What do you think those could be?

Very possibly it was ovulation? Watch cm to see if it turns lotion like. If so I'd say possibly ovulation?

Yeah it turned lotion like this morning. I hope that I ovulated. Can we have ovulation cramps without ovulation? I have a progesterone test on Monday. I will update after results.
