Strange bbt....is it too early to ovulate?

Little background knowledge. The past 2cycles Sept and now Oct AF came on her own. Which seem to look like I have probably ovulated. They have come exactly 14days post "ovulation" which has landed on cd25 of my cycle. In total my cycle is abt 40days long. I have PCOS, Hashimoto and Insulin resistant. All my tests this month came back "normal". Thank you Jesus. Even my ultrasound. Obgyn said that it does not mean that I don t have PCOS anymore, it just means that so far all conditions meet to be pregnant and have healthy pregnancy. I went to see her late on my cycle. I advocated for myself and was prescribed Letrozole aka Femara 2.5mg cd9-13. While on it, I had some mild headaches and dizziness on cd9 which quickly settled down. I chose to take the pills around 9:30pm every night somewhat before my bed time. Even though I was not supposed to opk yet , I chose to monitor myself both bbt and opk. Opk all 4days were Stark neg. But yesterday, 2nd line was there but not dark enough for positive. My temps were about 96.8 (I run cold) before pills. Then started gradually climbing. I felt a light cramp on right side ovary around CD 10. And ovaries were feeling full since CD 11. Yesterday morning my bbt was 97.4 which was cd13 and last day I took the pill. This morning bbt climbed up to 98.1. so have I ovulated? They say it can happen 3-7 days post Femara but 1 day would it not be waaaaayyyy too early? Without Femara I would expect to O on cd25 about 11 days from now. My progesterone test is not until cd21. I will keep on opk and bbt and keep y all updated.
