8 week scare/update for friends *pregnancy mentioned*
You can read my full whiny post about my awful ER experience on Countdown My Pregnancy, but anyway, I had a bleeding scare early yesterday morning. I waited a few hours, then started having some really sharp back pain and went to the ER. Good news—baby found in the uterus measuring exactly 8w0d (1 day ahead of when I think O was) and 2 days behind based on LMP. Heartbeat was 169 (my 1st daughter’s was 170 at this time and my 2nd daughter’s was 178. I don’t totally buy into the faster heartbeat for girls theory necessarily, but maybe girl #3 is in there. There was a 22 mm cyst on my left ovary, which could be causing some pain. I see my OB on Thursday and will hopefully see the baby and hear the heartbeat (US tech hid the screen from me and turned the volume off yesterday. I cried and cried until the dr came in with results). Good luck to all still waiting for their BFPs and congrats to the new BFPs! Keep the progression pics and updates coming.

I know it’s going by so fast!! Hubby said yesterday when we left the hospital he’s happy that everything’s ok. We also agreed on a crib set/nursery decorations that would work for a boy or girl. My mom is the one who is still being mean about it but oh well. Hope you and your fam are doing great!
