Periods

So it’s a question but also any input would be appreciated...

So me and my partner have been trying to conceive for 9 months... this month I thought I was gonna be lucky but then my period arrived 3 days earlier than expected... but now it’s only lasted one day I’m on day 2 and literally just spotting... just wanted to know if anyone has experienced this or if I should be concerned and visit my G.P incase there may be something wrong with me inside... I’m 28 and have two children already natural births... this is just all weird to me...
